If you ever wondered how profitable forex trading and still get a good night's sleep you are not alone. If you have been trading currency long probably have found that many of these trades seem more profitable happen at night while you sleep. This is especially true if you live in the Western Hemisphere from European markets sessions take place when it's night here in the west.
Although many people consider 24 hours a day in foreign exchange markets are open to be an advantage I think that somehow a situation disadvantage. In many ways it is an advantage, but for most of us have to sleep and have to live the life that we can not see the market trade 24 hours days properly regardless of the system we're using.

If they are not consistent with your system, your system is likely to fail, no matter how good is. You can not constantly change to be seen if only the markets of the day because the markets are constantly in motion and you miss many of the signals.
