What are the technical indicators?

Professional day traders use their rules as a roadmap for success, as well as a small business use the business plan they wrote. A disciplined use of this set of "rules of results' in a day trader taking only the jobs that meet their specific business criteria, and nothing else.
As a small businessman could not buy the inventory of a product that does not sell, a day trader must practice the discipline to avoid shops that do not meet their criteria, and take only the trades that have demonstrated the highest percentage of successful outcomes.

Tape reading and how to use it.

What is it?

• Tape Reading is the study of oil price action as it through their time and sales window, and is considered by most as the "purest form of market."

• The term comes from tape teletype, out of print for the teletype machines available from 1870 to the latest reports of trade / supply / demand update information.
How used:

• Predict the changes in short-term prices by examining price and volume information as it comes across the ticker.

• Most effectively used in the possible points of inflection in the market to measure the overall market sentiment and help determine the future direction prices.

• Retailers use this to see confirmation of a possible trade set-up, or hand to hand a set-up should be avoided.

• Maximize profits on each transaction
• Limit the risk in each transaction

What to see:

• Speed orders
• The size of orders
• Order Status
