InteractiveBrokers.com I've been with for three years. Not 100% free of problems (more on this later) but overall a very satisfactory agreement.

Forex:
I used IDEALPRO since the day I offered it and was disappointed enormously. It has since evolved into a very tight margin, liquidity of the instrument. It shakes the industry currency for the honesty of their performances such REC.
Charting Feed:
This alone should be sufficient for most traders active to join. I can save about $ 200/month on fees for market data and using Multicharts eSignal, a sophisticated graphics program that can have multiple feeds sources, in advance of the International Baccalaureate.
Service:
