U.S. February producer prices rose 0.1% compared with the consensus of an increase of 0.4%; U.S. February PPI Excluding food and energy, rose 0.2% compared with the consensus of an increase of 0.1%, USA February PPI Intermediate goods fell by 0.9%; U.S. February Core PPI Intermediate Goods fell by 0.6%, U.S. February crude goods PPI fell 4.5%, U.S. February crude core goods PPI rose 1.5% USA February PPI energy prices rose 1.3%, U.S. February prices of passenger cars, no changes in U.S. January PPI unrevised in increasing 0.8%.
Housing Starts:
U.S. Building Permits 547 000 up 3.0% to rates in February, U.S. Revised January Housing Starts fell 14.5% drop in 16.8%, U.S. February housing starts rose 22.2% to 583 000 compared with the consensus of a drop of 1.3%.
