Learn the basics of Forex – Forex for Beginners
What is Forex?
"Forex" is short for "foreign exchange of results. "refers to the purchase or sale of a nation's currency, the currency of another country. This may sound a little strange since most of the time normally exchange money for things we use.
For example, typically the exchange of money for a new shirt, or maybe a hot meal at local restaurant. We can use the shirt, or eat the food that we bought with our money.
However, exchange operations are exchanging money for money instead. But why would someone want to exchange money for money? There seems to make sense, right?
Most people for profit Trade Currencies
In foreign exchange, which exchange to buy another nation's money while waiting to sell it later. For example, we use the dollar U.S. currency to purchase some Euros now, because later we want to be able to sell out euros for a profit.
Here's an example:
Say you buy one euro (1 EUR) at a price of U.S. $ 1.5 ($ 1.5). A month later the price increased to $ 1.6 euro and sell the Euro 1 before returning to buy $ 1.6.
In this transaction, we have made a total of $ 0.1 in revenue. Does this make sense?
Now, Of course, a gain of $ 0.1 not look like much … but if carried out these same operations with $ 1,500 instead of only $ 1.5, then you should a profit of $ 100. And if you start with 15,000 USD, the same transactions has benefited from $ 1,000!
But it has 15 000 USD to get started!
This is where the Forex Market really shines. You see, even if you do not have $ 15,000 to start, you can still make $ 1,000 in the result. How? You can do this by 'mark. "
Margin basically allows you to operate with $ 15,000, using only 150 USD of their own money. This means that potentially can make $ 1,000 in profits by buying and selling $ 150 worth "of the Euros.
Now, of course, margin trading is a double-edged sword and you will have to be careful because you can lose as much as you can win. But with adequate education in money management and risk, foreign exchange transactions can be a lucrative pastime.
